We follow up promptly to talk it through and arrange a visit. That first appointment is a measurement visit rather than a sales call: we take a relative humidity reading in the house, measure moisture content in the flooring and the subfloor, and check the wear layer where an engineered floor is involved. Those numbers go on the written quote along with the grit sequence and finish schedule, so you can compare what we propose against anyone else on the same terms.
